Return and Refund Policy
At Padel Reference, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please note that the withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of the package. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Contact us at contact@padelreference.com or using the contact form to request a return.
  2. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all protective measures intact (including the plastic wrap around the racket handle, original packaging, and the label still attached to the product).
  3. Attach a photo of the intact item. (ensure the photos are not too large).
  4. Once your request is received and approved, we will send you a return label for you to ship the product, but only if the return is due to an error on our part.

The refund will be processed upon receipt of your return or upon presentation of a shipping proof.
Customer Service
If you encounter a problem with a product, our customer service is available to assist you. Here's how to ensure a quick handling of your request:

Send an email to contact@padelreference.com or use the contact form specifying:
  1. Your order number, along with your name and surname.
  2. The reason for your request.
  3. Photos of the item from different angles (ensure the photos are not too large).
  4. If it's a racket: the front, the back, the edge of the racket, and a clear photo of the racket’s identification number (located on the frame at the handle).
  5. A clear photo of the observed problem.

Note that we act as an intermediary with the brand. We forward your request, and the final decision is up to the brand, which may choose to send a new racket, issue a refund, or reject the claim. Processing times vary depending on the brand.
If the brand approves the request, they may require a destruction video of the racket before sending a new product or issuing a refund.
Delivery Issue
If there's an issue with your order's delivery, follow these steps:
  • 1. Log in to the carrier's portal selected at checkout.
  • 2. Enter the tracking information to check the status of your package.
If the provided information is unsatisfactory:
  • 3. Contact the carrier directly to understand the issue.
  • 4. If necessary, file a claim with the carrier.


If the situation remains unresolved, please contact us via email at contact@padelreference.com or through our contact form and provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Name and surname

This information is required for us to initiate an inquiry with the carrier. We will keep you updated on any developments.
